Composing an initiative / project roadmap and describe key success factors.

Demonstrating how Cisco products, solutions and services provide unique value, in context of the architecture lifecycle and Cisco Customer Conversation Framework.

The course prepares professionals for the Applying Cisco Specialized Business Value Analysis Skills exam (#820-421). A passing score on this exam is a requirement for earning the Cisco Business Value Specialist and Cisco Certified Business Value Practitioner designations.

Recommended: Prior to attending, participants should have passed exams below, or have equivalent knowledge.
Understanding Cisco Business Value Analysis Fundamentals (Exam #810-420).  Course: same name (BTUBVAF)
Cisco Sales Essentials (CSE) - Exam #646-206

 

And one of the following:
