If the class starts on a Tuesday, the class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday for three (3) weeks.
The Architectural Account Strategy Workshop will enable you to understand and position Cisco's Architecture vision and technologies as well as to create value propositions for Cisco/Partner architectural solutions to drive new business.
You will leave this workshop with an in-depth understanding of Cisco's architectural approach and how to use that knowledge to position and differentiate the Cisco strategy and articulate value in terms that the customer can directly relate to his or her organizational priorities.
Identify strategies to capture mind share and wallet share
Quantify customer goals and imperatives, key priority issues, IT strategy, financial profile
Identify top opportunities and how they align with the customerâÃôs business drivers
Understand current information infrastructure and future state information management vision
Identify Cisco penetration in this account and expand Cisco presence
Create effective alignment in the organization and the right relationships with key stakeholders
Develop a partner plan ensuring capacity to effectively cover solutions and opportunities
Create a resource plan and account team structure
Identify the additional support required to execute flawlessly
