
Configuring Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud is instructor-led product training that provides learners with an overview of Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud (IAC) and its core components and an introduction to designing and configuring services and workflows, as well as managing and troubleshooting services and workflows.
Cisco IAC 3.1 includes services, workflows, and portlets that are built on a platform with three core software components. This training addresses each of those components using Cisco Service Portal 9.4, Cisco Process Orchestrator 2.3.4, and Cisco Server Provisioner 6.4.
Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
Use Cisco Process Orchestrator workflow design features to create workflow processes
Design, develop, test, and monitor integrations between Cisco Service Portal and third-party systems, including Cisco Process Orchestrator
Describe Cisco Service Provisioner and its role in Cisco IAC
