For optimal and long term success, Cisco System's SE's and AM's, however the team may be configured, must provide for their customers a seamless presence in serving client needs. If the SE and AM have not taken the time to develop the social skills and capabilities (Emotional Intelligence, EQ), of their mini team, that team, however permanent or temporary, loses the opportunity to best meet, need and serve customers with the most effective strategy for providing Cisco Solutions. It is not uncharacteristic for AM's and SE's to even be at odds about each other's contribution to the team and the value what their partner brings to the table. Anybody can buy product; but its relationships that sell, and a cohesive, seamless relationship between AM and SE inspires confidence and establishes credibility with any customer.
The first application of this fast paced module will provide the strategic teams with enhanced social skills in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Psychological Type (MBTI) to best prepare themselves as a SEAMLESS team, to enjoy their working relationships and to better understand the motivation of their customer and their needs.
External Skills:
As highly profiled professionals, participants apply their learning of EQ, MBTI, Listening, Presentation and Q & A skills as a SEAMLESS Team creating successful partnerships. (AMs can use learnings with multiple SEs)
Learn about and apply Emotional Intelligence as the most significant contributor to success
Determine Psychological Type (MBTI) and Temperament for understanding differences
Experience team development exercises for building a more unified, Cisco team
Review and practice Quality Listening skills
Review and practice Screen Presentation Skills
Review and practice Q and A techniques for control
Practice delivering a "seamless" presentation before an audience
Any SE-AM Teams of Cisco Systems (one AM with team SE's, although other configurations might be possible in customized version of class)
